Alexis discovered her passion for fitness at age 10 and has since dedicated herself to the field. With a background in sports, rodeo, and physique competitions, she transitioned from a competitive Bikini athlete to an IFBB Figure Pro. Alongside her competition journey, Alexis has worked as a fitness manager and a guest speaker on nutrition for elite athletes, sharing insights into sustainable fitness practices and balanced nutrition.
